Introduction

If you, a young person, a carer, a social worker, a family member or anyone connected with Futures Group needs to get in touch with us, we want to make it as easy as possible.

We aim to provide excellent care and support, but if something is not right or doesn’t feel right, you have every right to raise a complaint, concern or feedback. We take all voices seriously and will work with you to resolve issues fairly and respectfully.

The Children’s Commissioner for England listens to what children and young people who live away from home have to say about how they are looked after. You can find out about your rights and it is a way for you to be heard.
